In this episode, you will hear from Vicky Hidalgo. Vicky is currently a national leader in campus recruiting for US Bank. Prior to recruiting cohorts of students in a corporate setting, she spent 6 years in admissions recruiting students for Minnesota State University, Mankato and Hanover College where she last served as Director of Admissions.
Vicky is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion who believes in the importance of promoting self-reflection, active learning, and actionable commitments to create positive change. Vicky’s leadership approach centers on communicating in a way that resonates with others and builds trust. She is passionate about helping others maximize their strengths, empowering people and organizations to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Vicky holds a bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a master’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In her spare time, she enjoys serving as a board member for the Nosotros Latinos Business Resource Group at U.S. Bank, volunteering as a program counselor with Camp Odayin: a camp for kids with heart disease, spending time outdoors with her wife, Abby, and playing board games with her family and friends.
